What a wrap for Day 2—and for the seventh edition of ! ✨
After a moment to recharge, the afternoon opened with Ted Utoft and Enrica Scilipoti, who showed how applied behavioral science can turn data into measurable engagement, proving that nudges can make a real difference in business outcomes. Then Alastair Herbert and Camille DeSantis took us on a journey into the power of deeper listening and reframing, revealing how even the simplest ideas can spark true emotional resonance.
To close this inspiring edition, Patrizia Cherubino guided us through the evolving worlds of neuromarketing, VR, and the metaverse—showing how immersive experiences are reshaping the way we decide, feel, and connect.
This year’s edition was brilliantly hosted by Ilarya Zoé Antonello, who brought energy, warmth, and creativity to every session.

After a moment to recharge over lunch and lively conversations, the afternoon of came back in full force.
Luis Fernando Rico Navas opened the session with Unlocking Consumers’ Mind: The Science of Effective Packaging Testing, revealing how subtle design cues can make or break a brand’s connection with its audience. Then, Mark Drummond and Simone Kakana took us on a fascinating journey through the science of cravings, exploring how digital and physical experiences can be crafted around our deepest desires.
The exploration continued with Dr. Jacqui Grey and Sarah Williams-Gardener, who unpacked the role of unconscious bias in decision-making—showing how invisible mental shortcuts quietly steer our choices every day. To conclude, Francesca Marchionne and Lucia Bailetti led us into the sensory realm, demonstrating how design not only influences what we see but also how we taste and feel.
The day wrapped up with a buzzing networking aperitivo, where participants turned insights into conversations and ideas into future collaborations.
