ve tried pretty much all types of yoga – from Bikram & Hot yoga, to Kundalini, Hatha, Anusara, Restorative, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Aerial Yoga, Yin, Dharma & lastly, Rocket Yoga! I enjoy the calming and relaxing side of yoga as much as the challenging side and firmly believe that it should be fun and done with a smile. I began my yogic journey 21 years ago when i first stepped into a yoga class at a Fitness First taught by Swami Nirmal – she inspired me and can be considered as the initiator of my deep love for yoga. I was later a student of Alexa Kho and went to her Anusara classes and workshops. I then realized that i needed to do my teacher training course, a course that i had put off since 2000. And that is when i met the lovely and amazing Rebecca Ffrench, the Boss at YogaLondon. Who i later found out, also to be a student of Larry Schultz’s!!!! Over the past years i have had the honor to meet and attend various workshops hosted by some world renown teachers such as Stewart Gilchrist, Shiva Rea, John Scott, Sharath Jois, Danny Paradise, Lino Miele, Kino MacGregor, Yogi Kamal Singh, Sri V. Sheshadri, Rolf & Marci Naujokat, Eddie Stern, Chuck Miller, David Swenson, Shana Mayerson, M S Viswanath (Masterji), Ramesh Sheety, Day Christensen, Vinay Kumar, Petri Räsäinen. I also organised and hosted some of the world's most renowned Yoga Teachers: Meghan Currie, Celest Pereira, Ambra Vallo, Tamara Campos (Cuchira at the time), Carmen Aguilar, Patrick Beach, Carson Clay Calhoun, Hiro, Vijay Kumar, Slava Popov (Cirque du Soleil) & Talia Sutra just to name a few. All of these experiences led me on an eagerly awaited trip to India, taking part in a 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa TTC with Yogi Kamal Singh at “Tattvaa Yogashala” in Rishikesh, India. At the end of the course, my journey took me to Mysore & Goa where i practiced Shri V. Sheshadri & with Rolf e Marci Naujokat, respectively. The fast pace nature of Vinyasa Flow & Ashtanga led me to discover the amazing world of Rocket Yoga taking part in over 15 TTCs with David C Kyle, direct student of Larry Schultz (the creator of Rocket Yoga. I’ve assisted David in 12 TTCs & hosted him 4 times now in Milan (5th coming up soon!); achieving the title of Level 3 Rocket Yoga Teacher, Facilitator & Mentor. I now teach my own Rocket Yoga TTCs in Italian all over Italy (Rome, Milan, Reggio Emilia, Naples), as well as traveling around Italy to teach masterclasses & workshops t0 spread the Rocket Love. I have dedicated the past 8 years in slowly building & creating our very own little Italian Rocket Yoga community, and continue to do so with the help of my students and theirs. My exploration and love for yoga in all of its forms continues with regular trips to india where i practice with Vijay Kumar (Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga) & his older brother Vinay Kumar (pranayama). At the end of 2019 i met what is now my Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher, Marcello Leoni who is guiding me through the Advanced Series A. Forever grateful for his knowledge & understanding of the practice, experience & nature. I’d like to thank all of my past, present & future teachers, for i wouldn’t be where i am now.
