For the new restaurant at , Allumeuse Studio developed a naming and storytelling concept starting from a precise intuition: not to describe a place, but to capture a moment. From this vision, Antesi was born, inspired by the term “anthesis”, the moment of flowering. A name conceived not to define a destination, but to evoke a state of transformation, seasonality and becoming.
