In this New York timeless project, the private elevator opens into an entrance enveloped in deep, black Xorel, a rubberized and washable linen that amplifies the dramatic height of the space. Above, a Venini chandelier with glass elements specially crafted to order by Carlo Scarpa, cascades light across the ceiling, setting a seamless dialogue between old-world craftsmanship and contemporary vision.

Between future and art, between grace and technology. The first 3-D-printed house in Europe was presented by Locatelli Partners during 2018 Salone del Mobile, in Piazza Beccaria, Milan.
