Last week, our team had the pleasure of visiting Novac’s headquarters, touring their labs and new prototype production line, and seeing firsthand the incredible progress they’ve made over the years.

Moments like these remind us why we believe in supporting founders from day one: behind every milestone are determination, resilience, and relentless innovation.

🚀 Our corporate partner Dallara will take part in the Motor Valley Fest 2026 program, contributing to several key discussions on the future of mobility.

From engineering and sustainability to talent, digital experiences, and space economy, Dallara will bring its perspective across multiple talks throughout the Festival. ⚡

Andrea Pontremoli, CEO of Dallara Group and President of Motor Valley Association, will join the Opening Conference “Global Trends, New Frontiers and Human Responsibility” during the Round Table “Voices of the Motor Valley”.

Alessio Grasso, Head of Aerospace Business Unit at Dallara, will take part in the talk “Space Economy: The Next Frontier for Motor Valley”, exploring new opportunities at the intersection between automotive expertise and aerospace innovation.

Among the speakers, Marco Beltrami, HR Director at Dallara, will join the session “Well Being – The Next Step of Leadership”, while Francesco Ravanetti, COO of Dallara, will contribute to the “Sustainability & ESG” discussion.

Alessio Cicolari, CEO of AK Group and General Manager of Dallara – AK Esports, together with Alessio Romito, Digital Innovation Manager at Dallara, will participate in “Virtual Racing & Gaming – The Digital Side of Speed”, focused on how simulation, gaming, and e-sports are reshaping performance and fan engagement.

Andrea Vecchi, Marketing & Communication Director at Dallara, will also join the talk “Customer Experience – From Product to Emotion”, exploring how technology, design, and data are transforming automotive brands into immersive customer experiences.

In addition, Dallara will take part in the Talent Talk dedicated to engineering, innovation, and career paths in high-performance automotive environments.
