At SuperNova, technology was everywhere.
From AI-powered objects to immersive XR environments, digital twins, interactive art, and sensory installations, SuperNova brought together some of the most forward-thinking projects of Milan Design Week 2026.
Innovation felt tangible, physical and digital worlds merged, and design revealed its power to make technology more human, intuitive, and meaningful.

Superstudio Design 2026 closes with a record edition that goes beyond numbers: a week made of energy, exchanges, and new connections.
For the first time across three locations, we built together a distributed project that brought design, people, and the city into a single narrative.
We witnessed creativity, dialogue, innovation, experiences, performances and design shaping new ways of seeing the world - where ideas became encounters and spaces turned into shared experiences.

Acmé brings "Ancestrale" to SuperPlayground, Superstudio Village: a limited edition collection by Studio Forward, Martinelli Venezia, Giuseppe Arezzi, Francesco Librizzi Studio, Cristian Catania of Lombardini22 and Giulia Soldati, where functional objects designed to last evoke primordial worlds and restore a ritual quality to the everyday gesture of eating.
Iron that awakens through sound, matter that dissolves into digital frequencies, darkness that gives way to awareness. At SuperNova, Superstudio Più, Sogimi stages "Shadow Crackers" with Jacopo Mandich and Eric Oder: a three-part immersive journey between sculpture and audiovisual practice where the subconscious and future planning meet in a continuous flow of matter and spirit.
