Anxiety, stress, burnout, loneliness: challenges are spreading fast, leaving many, especially young adults and university students, feeling overwhelmed.

According to the WHO, over 1 billion people currently live with mental health conditions: reminds us how crucial it is to listen, prevent, and act - not only in clinical settings, but also in everyday life and learning environments.

At We4CR, we’re committed to 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲.
That’s the vision behind -BEN, a national initiative promoted by Italian universities with the support of the Ministry of University and Research (MUR).

In partnership with Tech Digit Easy, we contribute to the project through , the digital platform that enables universities to securely collect, protect, and analyse data, ensuring both scientific quality and privacy protection.

We’re also collaborating with the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼 on WE4H & UNIPA: “Promoting Wellbeing and Innovation”, a program led by the Clinical Psychology Research Laboratory to develop evidence-based, tech-driven interventions that promote psychological health.

This is a theme we hold close to our hearts. That’s why we keep investing in and supporting initiatives that bring technology and care together: because mental health isn’t just a theme, it’s a shared responsibility.
And when guided by empathy and science, technology can make prevention and support truly accessible to everyone. 💚
