What will happen in Milan in 2022? Prices will rise again!
Milan recorded one of the most impressive rises in Italy: 4.2% up.
More generally, in 2022 prices will grow in most districts. Record highs in North of Loreto, strongest rises in the suburbs. The only exceptions, with a negative sign, are the very central Palestro area (-2.9%) and the Maggiolina district (which will lose 2.4% points).

COVID didn’t stop the development of the residential market in Milan, especially speaking about the new construction homes, the prices in 2021 increased +2,47 comparing with 2020.
The fast growing parts of Milan are considered to be East (Porta Romana, Indipendenza, Città Studi) and South (Navigli, Porta Ticinese, Bocconi)
