11 - Pick and Draw

Many people experienced isolation and hospitalization during quarantine, lacking social support from relatives, close ones and professional psychologists. Creativity plays a key role in these difficult moments as it improves the quality of life of people suffering from social isolation.

For this reason, along with some international partners, we started the "Digital Art Therapy" project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, which promotes the use of art therapy to address the social isolation suffered by elderly people and hospitalised patients.

To do so, we developped different intellectual materials which aim to increase creativity in hospitalized patients and favour the communication, motivation and social support fo family members towards senior citizens and hospitalized patients.
