A day in Puglia that felt like stepping into another world.

We started in Alberobello, walking through a maze of whitewashed trulli, each one with its own silent story to tell. The air smelled of stone, sun, and history. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down, letting curiosity guide every step.

Then we visited a traditional caseificio, hidden among the fields. We watched fresh cheese being made by hand, the same way it’s been done for generations. Simple ingredients, patient gestures, a deep respect for the land. Tasting that cheese felt like tasting a piece of Puglia itself.

The day ended among ancient olive trees — true monuments of time, their twisted trunks holding memories older than we can imagine. Walking between them felt sacred, a quiet reminder of resilience and beauty.
