2 SERVICE SRL was established in 2016 as a Maintenance Company thanks to the experience of Giovanni Carlo Lotito and Enza Strippoli that in 1991, founded Spazio Due Snc, a leading player in designing and furnishing. Spazio Due snc has gained solid experience working on important Italian and international projects. We play a leading role in interior design and furniture of stores such as Foot Locke
r, Michael Kors, H&M, Luisa Spagnoli, Beverly Hills & Polo Club and so on. Seven years ago, after many great achievements in this field, Foot Locker proposed us to work with them also for the Facility Management. In these seven years of experience, we have acquired and accumulated “know-how” that helps us to offer mature and sophisticated solutions to our customers and recently, other brands such as Michael Kors and Nike, gave us the possibility to work with them. It is for this reason that the Company’s owners of Spazio Due have decided to create 2 SERVICE SRL that is involved only in Facility Management. Thanks to the cooperation with these Brands, our Facility Maintenance Managers can already use different workflows management such as Service Channel and Concept Connect. However, recently, we have also created a personal workflow for the customers that do not have an own management program.
2 SERVICE SRL works in both Reactive Maintenance and both PPM Maintenance. Our services concern:
- FIRE ( Fire alarm system, Portal fire equipment, Sprinkler, Fire curtain, testing of Emergency lighting);
- HVAC (Heater boiler, Air curtain, AC, Smoke extract system, F-gas report);
- Lighting (Sales floor & Back of House, Emergency lighting, Signage, Lumi walls);
- General Maintenance ( Electrical, Door, Locks, Roof/Guttering, Roller shutter, Locksmith, Closure Strip out, Flooring, Painting, Pest Control, Glass, Cleaning).
