For him, cooking is more than technique. It is memory, identity and connection.

Rooted in tradition and open to innovation, he transforms simple ingredients into authentic experiences that speak of Sicily in every bite.

Together with Deborah, he will continue welcoming travelers from all over the world, sharing flavors, stories and the warmth of true Sicilian hospitality.

With our new Etna Tasting, you’ll discover the aromas, colors, and flavors that make this land so unique. Guided through local wines and artisanal specialties, each sip reveals a piece of Sicily’s soul. 

Available in two versions, each offering a different perspective on Etna’s flavors: Turi, Eccellenze dell’Etna and Etna Nord, con Feudo Vagliasindi. The tasting is a dedicated moment within your experience, crafted to enrich your journey with us.
