With a view to expanding our team, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who has at least 3 years of experience in this job. The resource must be able to coordinate and manage, together with its team, web development activities in the Back-end area, also through the organization of weekly meetings aimed at the improvement of the methodologies and technologies used in the various projects.

Experience required

-English: Good, written and spoken:
more than 3 years of experience in web development;
-3+ years of experience with relational database architectural processes;
-experience in creating RESTful APIs, OAuth2 flows, integration of third-party libraries and SDKs and creation of custom libraries and SDKs;
-experience with OOP server-side languages (Python, Kotlin, Java);
-knowledge of Flask and/or Spring Boot;
-knowledge and experience of Serverless infrastructures and noSql architectures.

Desirable qualifications and skills
-Proven server-side development experience;
-experience in team management, from 4 to 10 components;
-experience in documenting both personal and team procedures;
-experience in managing git repositories, commit and pull-request in small and medium-sized teams;
-the Italian language is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Back-end Developer you will need to keep your team constantly updated in terms of technologies, best practices, procedures and workflows; you don't have to simply monitor your team but you must also give them the opportunity to improve, work together and inspire them.
