«نگاهی به شیوه‌های همکاری: تجربیاتی در کیوریت کردن جمعی»

پروژه های کیوریتوریال گلنوش حشمتی که به تلاقی بین نقش کیوریتورها و هنرمندان علاقه‌مند است، مفاهیم سنتی نمایشگاه سازی را به هم می‌ریزد. حشمتی در این دوره از سمپوزیوم٬ با تمرکز بر قالب مشارکتی به عنوان شیوه‌ای از تولید هنری و کیوریتوریال٬ تجربه‌های خود را هم به عنوان عضوی از کالکتیو گپس و هم کیوریتور مستقل مطرح کرد.

گروه گپس همزمان با برگزاری دوره پیشین سمپوزیم کیوریتوریال تهران٬ نمایشگاهی را با عنوان «ولی ما دیگر اهرامی بر جای نمی گذاریم» کیوریت کرد.

Golnoosh Heshmati
“Looking at Collaborative Methods: Experiences in Collective Curating”

Interested in the crossover between the role of curators and artists, Golnoosh Heshmati’s curatorial projects trouble the traditional conceptions of exhibition-making. While focusing on the collaborative format as a mode of artistic and curatorial productions, Heshmati discussed her experiences of collective curating both as a member of the GAPS collective and an independent curator.

GAPS curated the exhibition of But We Don’t Leave Pyramids in conjunction with the last edition of Tehran Curatorial Symposium.

این دوره از سمپوزیوم کیوریتوریال تهران را با نگاهی به پروژه های چند وجهی امیرعلی قاسمی شروع کردیم. با اشاره به مقاله اخیرش "ویدیو به‌عنوان یک رسانه هنری در ایران از اواخر دهه‌ی شصت تا نیمه‌ی دهه‌ی هشتاد شمسی…" قاسمی به مرور پروژه هایش از شکل گیری پارکینگ گالری تا جامعه نیومدیا پرداخت و ما را با ابعاد پیچیده .

We started this series of Tehran Curatorial Symposium with an overview on Amirali Ghasemi’s multi dimensional projects. Pointing to his recent article titled as “Video as an Artistic Medium in Iran from the 1990s to the Mid-2000s” Ghasemi took us through to the formation of his projects from Parking Gallery to NewMedia Society and introduced the complexities of curatorial activities in his practice.
