Sehri idea!
Something different and quick to make from

𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐓𝐎𝐀𝐒𝐓⁣ 🍞 ⁣- ⁣𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 👩🏻‍🍳 (Serves 1)⁣⁣
✔️ 100g yoghurt of choice⁣
✔️ 1 egg⁣
✔️ 1 squeeze of honey⁣
✔️ 1 splash of vanilla extract (approx ½ tsp)⁣
✔️ 2x slices of bread⁣
✔️ Fruit/ toppings of choice⁣ ⁣𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃⁣ 🥣 ⁣⁣
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180c and line a baking tray with baking parchment.⁣⁣
Or preheat non stick fraying pan
2️⃣ Add the yoghurt, eggs, honey and vanilla to a bowl and whisk to combine.
⁣⁣3️⃣ Place two slices of bread on a baking tray and then flatten down the middle using the back of a spoon.⁣⁣
4️⃣ Pour the filling onto the bread and then top with fruit/ other toppings of your choice.
⁣⁣5️⃣ Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes until the filling is set. Cook on non-stick frying pan for 30 min and cover with lid.
⁣⁣6️⃣ Remove from the oven, dust with a little icing sugar if you like and enjoy!⁣
