Quality Control
Quality is a main focus at Akash Infrastructure . We pride ourselves with zero punch lists, low warranty requests, and a quality far above other contractors. In order to obtain this high quality we have multiple checks and balances. We start with a detailed quality control program, which the field engineer uses to check every aspect of the project. Depending on the project we may also include a commissioning plan identifying proper installation. We utilize weekly visits from skill team to ensure installation is consistent from project to project. This team is also involved in the buyout of the project so they have an understanding of what is required in the specifications and can double check the actual installation. During these inspections they can see if personal protective equipment is being utilized, work areas are clean, and materials are organized. Part of our quality control program includes job hazard analysis, pre-task planning, and energize permits to help avoid both safety and quality issues. Warranty
