Subject: - Regarding Prime Minister Interaction with School Children
on 4th September 2015, on the occasion of Teacher's Day.
It is being hereby intimated that "On the occasion of
Teacher's day, the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India will interact with
School children in person from Delhi and through Satellite link at NIC
centers throughout the country". The Hon'ble Prime Minister's address
with school children will be held from 10:00 am to 11:45 am on 4th Sep.
2015 and will be telecasted live on EDUSAT Network, In addition to the
EDUSAT Network the program will be broadcasted through Doordarshan on
its national and regional channels and it would also be available through
live webcasting on different platforms of Doordarshan, the website of Human
Resource Development, DTH Satellite system and Cable TV.
In view of above, you are directed to ensure that EDUSAT systems in your
districts are made functional in all respect for viewing the programme by the
school children. Arrangements of Electricity through Generators/Invertors
in all the Primary, Middle, High, Senior Secondary Schools (Govt. as well as
Private) & DIETs/GETTIs under your jurisdiction should be made so as to
ensure proper functioning of EDUSAT equipment in the schools. In case
where EDUSAT equipment is not available ICT labs can be used for
watching the live telecast through webcasting. In such cases where both
EDUSAT & ICT facility are not available in the schools, alternative
arrangements (hiring of TV/ Projector on rent for one day) should be made
for viewing the live telecast. As a last resort, radio/transistors may please bearranged by the school authorities for school children to atleast listen to the
Prime Minister's address.
A Video Conference in this regards will be held on 27.08.2015 at 3:00
P.M. through EDUSAT network. Kindly ensure your presence in the said
video conference

वहीं जिला उपायुक्त अजीत बालाजी जोशी ने स्वतंत्रता दिवस समारोह में शामिल सरकार व गैर सरकारी स्कूलों में मंगलवार यानी 18 अगस्त को छुट्टी की घोषणा की।

तीन राज्यों के स्कूलों में एक साथ होगी पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता
भूपेंद्र पंवार, सिरसा1हरियाणा, पंजाब और केंद्र शासित प्रदेश चंडीगढ़ स्थित स्कूलों के विद्यार्थियों को ऊर्जा बचाओ को लेकर जागरूक करने के लिए पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया जाएगा। भाखड़ा ब्यास मैनेजमेंट बोर्ड की ओर से इन राज्यों के स्कूलों में पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता कराई जाएगी। इस संबंध में सेकेंडरी शिक्षा के निदेशक की ओर से प्रदेश के सभी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारियों और जिला मौलिक शिक्षा अधिकारियों को पत्र जारी किया गया है।1विभागीय सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार भारत सरकार के ऊर्जा विभाग की ओर से आदेश जारी हुए हैं कि विद्यार्थियों को ऊर्जा बचाने के लिए जागरूक किया जाए। इसलिए अब भाखड़ा ब्यास मैनेजमेंट बोर्ड की ओर से हरियाणा, पंजाब और यूटी चंडीगढ़ स्थित स्कूलों में पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता होगी।1दो विषयों पर होगी प्रतियोगिता1शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से जारी पत्र में बताया गया है कि पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता के लिए दो टॉपिक निर्धारित किए गए हैं। कैटेगरी-ए में कक्षा चौथी से 6वीं के लिए एक टॉपिक जबकि कैटेगिरी बी में कक्षा सातवीं से 9वीं के लिए दूसरा टॉपिक निर्धारित किया गया है। ए कैटेगिरी के लिए ‘कुकड़ कूं : सूरज निकला लाइट जलाएं क्यूं’ टॉपिक होगा जबकि बी कैटेगिरी के लिए ‘एलक्ष्डी बल्ब : एक सही सोच’ टॉपिक होगा।130 सितंबर से पहले होगी प्रतियोगिता : भाखड़ा ब्याज बोर्ड की ओर से इन तीनों राज्यों के स्कूलों में 30 सितंबर से पहले पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता होगी। दो घंटे की प्रतियोगिता को लेकर तैयारियां करने के निर्देश जारी हुए हैं। इसमें विद्यार्थी ए-4 साइज का पेज, ड्राइंग शीट, पेंसिल, पेंसिल कलर्स, वाटर कलर्स प्रयोग कर सकता है। निर्देश जारी हुए हैं कि प्रत्येक ग्रुप के दो चयनित इंट्री को नोडल ऑफिसर के माध्यम से 5 अक्टूबर से पहले बोर्ड मुख्यालय भेजा जाएगा।
