A resident in USA saw our service and wanted to improve his personal communication skills at a cheaper cost for applying for a new job in the IT sector. We coached #########xx for 2 weeks through Skype with 1 hour meetings each day and they were able to draft a new CV and to apply for a job in the IT sector with confidence. Now he is working in his new company! A NGO from USA contacted us on the cross cultural hurdles of starting a business in India. We provided a 24 hr dedicated support team to help them understand not just paperwork process but how to speak in a way that Indian government officials could understand and they were able to successfully open a company and begin work in India in 6 months. A local foreign run business in North India was having problems knowing how to hire quality staff and provide on the job training. We coached the manager/owner of the business on how to better organise staff training and hiring and they were able to hire 5 new staff that could take on the work and skills required in their company
