Job Description & Responsibilities for Finance Manager

• To manage cash flow statement for the company
• Manage and control Inflow and out flow of cash
• Manage Income statement (P & L) and responsible for companies profit & loss Management
• Manage Balance sheet Half Yearly & Annually –Provisional & Projected
• Managing system & processes of the company
• Budgeting and controlling (Monthly ,Quarterly basis Control)
• Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS Reports
• Manage and perform audits for the company –Any department on the basis of requirements
• Manage Targets of the company-Under the guidance of MD’s
• Manage GST,TDS,TCS
• Manage Debtors & Suppliers
• Bank Reconciliations
• Manage and Maintain companies records and books
• Manage and perform Banking and related tasks
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
• Manage company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting system
• Ensure compliance with accounts
