DETACHMENT

Detachment is the highest act of unconditional love. It hurts, it hurts a lot, it hurts because you have to let go of everything you love, and I mean EVERYTHING.

This pain is mental and causes suffering to the ego, due to the fear of the possible loss of a possession that does not exist, is not real, is illusory because we cannot possess anything or anyone. Children, parents, friends, lovers do not belong to us...

They are free and independent beings, with their own way to go, just like us. That is why you cannot subjugate the happiness of one to the other: If you are not happy by yourself, you will not be happy with anyone.

Attachment is the controller of time that does not allow you to live in the present, since it anchors you to the past or the future. However, detachment keeps you in the here and now.

Detachment is letting go of the other, knowing that whatever happens, you will be fine. And it can hurt a lot, because we were taught that we could own all kinds of things, even owning and controlling human beings.

Affective independence is the greatest gift you can give yourself and your loved ones. And only when you achieve it do you reach true and full freedom. Once you start moving towards detachment, there is no longer a way back.

Detachment is the act of letting go and parting with objects and people with gratitude for the time in which they were part of your life and enriched it in some way.

When you let go, flow and leave space to receive abundance in all aspects of life, it will always find you πŸ™βœ¨πŸ’“

Must Read Stuff for Every Human who want to build his career as professional

Here are 21 ways to stop procrastinating and become more productive, inspired by the book "Eat That Frog" by Brian Tracy:

1. Prioritize: Start by identifying your most important tasks and tackle them first.
2. Set clear goals: Define what you want to achieve and break it down into actionable steps.
3. Plan your day: Create a schedule or to-do list to keep yourself on track.
4. Use the 80/20 rule: Focus on the tasks that will yield the greatest results.
5. Eliminate distractions: Minimize interruptions, turn off notifications, and create a focused work environment.
6. Practice time blocking: Allocate specific time slots for different tasks to increase efficiency.
7. Take small steps: Break down larger tasks into smaller, more manageable parts.

9. Use deadlines: Set deadlines for yourself to create a sense of urgency.
10. Use the "two-minute rule": If a task takes less than two minutes, do it immediately rather than putting it off.
11. Delegate: Identify tasks that can be outsourced or assigned to others.
12. Learn to say no: Don't take on more than you can handle and be selective with your commitments.
13. Find your peak productivity time: Identify when you're most productive and schedule your important tasks during that time.
14. Break tasks into chunks: Divide larger tasks into smaller, more manageable segments to avoid overwhelm.
15. Use technology wisely: Utilize productivity tools, apps, and software to streamline your workflow.
16. Practice the Pomodoro Technique: Work in focused bursts of 25 minutes, followed by short breaks.
17. Visualize success: Imagine the positive outcomes of completing tasks to motivate yourself.
18. Reward yourself: Celebrate milestones and achievements to stay motivated.
19. Stay organized: Maintain a clean workspace and keep your digital files and documents organized.
20. Stay accountable: Share your goals and progress with someone who can hold you accountable.
21. Take care of yourself: Get enough sleep, exercise, and maintain a healthy lifestyle to boost your energy and productivity.

Remember, taking consistent action and implementing these strategies will help you overcome procrastination and accomplish more in less time.
