Experience into Huawei 2G, 3G & 4G is mandatory!!

1. Experience who can independently perform in RF Planning and Optimization activities into Huawei 3G/4G.
2. Radio Planning and Optimization of a GSM/WCDMA/LTE (2G/3G/4G) network to trouble shoot and improve KPIs.
3. Understanding of Radio Resource Management functionalities (e.g. Admission Controls, Handover control, Capacity management, etc.).
4. Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections
5. Cell and neighbor parameters data fill for new sites and carrier upgrades
6 Defining and Monitoring KPIs reports on network
7 Defining and Monitoring Parameter Consistency check
8 Understanding the Call Flow with Post Processing Skill and Layer 3 Analysis
9 Knowledge and Practice of New Feature Implementation and Analysis
10 Knowledge and Practice of Drive test measurement tool (TEMS, NEMO, GENEX Probe or equivalent)
