Product Manager (POKER)

• Understand the business of e-commerce, mobile, especially of Gaming domain (Product POKER specialist)
• Have knowledge of the Ecommerce, mobile app (Android & iOS) for gaming portal, wallet etc.
• Have experience in building & managing gaming product (POKER knowledge added advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio of projects end to end including; prioritization, development, testing and deployment of the software development life cycle.
• Develops high level and detailed project plans for each project of the product.
• Reports project status, scope changes and critical metrics to all stakeholders including senior and executive management
• Serves as liaison with other departments (Support, development, QA/Test, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy & Operations, etc) to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Create automated tests and reporting post feature launch to ensure new features are working as expected and driving expected ROI of each project.
• Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements and objectives of each product.
• Write product specifications to be shared with designers and engineers.
• Provides project leadership and technical direction for assigned staff. Evaluates and provides performance evaluation feedback to management.
• Monetisation management and making sure that the game keeps improving w.r.t downloads and revenue.
• Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.
• Keeping a strict eye on the game analytics, chart movements, consumer feedback, ratings, reviews etc.
• Benchmarking the game to the best of breed games in that category
• Creating a Product Road Map & Calendar of updates, launches, (burials?), and new game ideas. Essentially creating and owning Product Lifecycles of the games you own.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be a dynamic team player.
• The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, take ownership of deliverables and thrive in a high pressure environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Commerce or related technical field preferable.
• Must have worked on Casino based product, especially POKER.
• 3-4 years working as a Product Manager in a Ecommerce, Gaming, Software product Company
• Experience with quantitative and technical analytical techniques
• Familiarity with relational databases
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment through strategic planning, prioritization, and task delegation
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong appetite and aptitude for technical knowledge.
• An understanding of business process & the application of technology in achieving business objectives.

VIP Executive or Team Leader

The Role:

• Responsible for the supervision of the entire VIP Team as it regards to their work with players and offline activities.
• Making sure that all necessary reports are prepared and disseminated to the relevant parties (agents, and/or management).
• To organize, assign, track, and follow-up assignments and tasks given to the team by the management and/or licensee.
• To make sure that these assignments and tasks are completed properly in the given time frame, and report back to management and/or licensee.
• Responsible for establishing, updating, and implementing VIP Team procedures and making sure the team is conforming to these procedures.
• To have an in-depth knowledge of the tasks, procedures, capabilities, obstacles etc, that affects the team in general.
• To take a direct role in solving problems or providing solutions, whether that relates to our work with players and our targets, or specific issues concerning agents (personal issues, team dynamics, department dynamics etc)
• Responsible for specific tasks such as VIP Upgrades, preparing a daily VIP Stats report, a Daily Correspondence Report, VIP Team Stats (bonus issued etc) Report, Team/Individual agent performance Report, organizing shift schedule, monthly employee performance evaluations, suggesting, organizing, and implementing targeted training modules and workshops to cover areas of deficiency within the team, coaching and mentoring agents, organizing meetings, evaluating QA activity within the VIP Team, handling escalations, and more…
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills and problem solving skill.
• Strong Communication skill
• Must speak English fluently
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Office (Word & Excel), Internet Browsing
• Can easily adapt to the environment and business models
• Ability to lead teams, receive constructive feedback, and build team base activities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Preferably graduate with at least 2 years related experience
