It is rightly said - A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor. The last 2 years of the pandemic for us as an organization has been anything but smooth!

 When 2020 happened, we were forced to make the toughest decision we've had to - of shutting our office and letting our people go. Markets and businesses were grappling with coming to terms with the "new normal". The way forward was unclear and uncertain. But one thing was certain, we were NOT going to give up. It was a setback for sure. But we were determined to come back bigger, better, stronger. 
Exactly a year back, on this day, we started Selections 2.0. A new office space that inspired creativity, a new team that was raring to go, a new mission and vision, clients whose support propelled us forward and a culture, a vibe that could only be described as second home!

We braved the worst and it made seasoned sailors of us all. There may be stormy seas yet ahead of us, but we know, together we will sail through whatever comes our way. 

As we celebrate one year of selections 2.0, we want to thank our employees, our clients and our candidates who place their trust in us everyday and make us the success that we are!
