ANXIETY: this small word can actually add lots of changes to our lives, this is a very normal and obvious emotion in which brain reaches to stress and alerts you of upcoming danger ahead. like has affected all of us in many ways…our physical and mental health has gone for toss…. especially more than us KIDS facing and experiencing this stress... ⁣
As we all are behaving more stressed and depressed, before we even attempt to help our children deal with their ANXIETY we forget to work on our own apprehensions, fear and stress.⁣
So lets decide one thing first we all will follow few things as mentioned below to keep our kids away from this word ANXIETY –⁣

< Read Do things together⁣
< Recognise your kids efforts⁣
< Help them understand a definition of fit life⁣
