Just before you are off to sleep, few things to remember before tomorrow's trial session -
1. Have a small snack 30min before workout (small fruit/little dry fruits/healthy ladoo).
2. Keep a water bottle with you during the workout session.
3. It is recommended to wear indoor shoes and socks for the workout and to use a yoga mat for comfort and safety.
4. If you working out after long time, just go slow. It is okay to do less counts but it's important to get your form right.
5. If you have any knee or back issue, or any physical limitation to do workout, then do the modified form which the coach will show for each workout.
6. Have a healthy balanced home cooked meal after the workout.
