🌴 Project Update | Iconic Steel Resort Structure – Goa 🏗️✨
Happy to share an exciting update on a state-of-the-art Five-Star Resort project in Goa, designed entirely in steel structure — a first of its kind in the region!
📍 Project Location: Nestled amidst the Western Ghats with breathtaking views of Goa’s pristine beaches, the resort is being developed in harmony with its natural surroundings.
🏨 Design Highlights:
🔹 G+2 Steel Structure
🔹 3-meter-wide deck with stunning views
🔹 Tapered Star Columns on both sides
🔹 Elegant Hip & Valley Roof for a conventional architectural finish
🔹 The structure will be fully clad in glass, offering panoramic views of the hills and coastline from every room
🛠️ SCON Engineering Services was entrusted with the GA Drawings and Detailing, contributing to a collaborative effort involving the project architects, consultants, and manufacturers.
What makes this project special is not just its scale, but its pioneering use of steel in luxury resort construction in Goa. Over a dedicated period of two months, all teams worked in sync to resolve complex design challenges and transform this bold vision into reality.
