Assuming you’re currently isolating yourself at home amid the COVID-19 pandemic , I URGE YOU TO FOLLOW & other credible news sources during this unfortunate time.

Over the past few days after our Prime Minister announced the JANTA CURFEW many people took up the announcement as an opportunity for their selfish gains. I came across many videos that said “clapping hands & utensils will kill the bacteria & virus around us” OR “how the 14 hour curfew will kill the virus completely.” During this time , it is extremely important for us to refrain from spreading such false information. What shocked me more was that many educated people advocated it. PLEASE take scientific precautions and don’t be gullible enough to believe in such false information.

Yesterday I also came across some radical statements by Anti CAA-NRC politicians that COVID-19 is nothing but a coverup for Citizen Amendment Act.

At this point I just don’t know what’s more deadly , the virus or these people who advocate false information. That being said , it’s high time we educate ourselves enough to differentiate what’s right & what’s wrong. Make sure you don’t be a medium for false information ! I also urge everyone reading this to report any false information they come across. Our safety depends on the decisions we make in the coming days.

P.S Make sure you don’t crowd the streets at 9PM as soon as the curfew ends. Stay isolated as much as possible 🤍
