🤰 ડિલિવરીનો સમય નજીક હોવાના સંકેતો (૯મો મહિનો):

1️⃣ પિરિયડ્સ જેવી પેટમાં કરચલીઓ અથવા નીચેના પેટમાં વધતો દુખાવો
2️⃣ વારંવાર કમર દુખાવું અથવા પેલ્વિક ભાગમાં ભાર/દબાણ લાગવું
3️⃣ પેટ કડક થવું અને ફરી ઢીલું પડવું
4️⃣ યોનિમાંથી સ્રાવમાં ફેરફાર થવો અથવા મ્યુકસ પ્લગ નીકળવો
5️⃣ ઢીલા પોટા થવા
6️⃣ પાણી વહી જવું અથવા અચાનક પ્રવાહી નીકળવું
7️⃣ બાળકની હલચલમાં ફરક લાગવો
8️⃣ બાળક નીચે ઉતરતા દબાણ અથવા દુખાવો વધવો

🤰 Signs Your Delivery Time May Be Near (9th Month):

1️⃣ Period-like cramps or increasing lower abdominal pain
2️⃣ Frequent back pain or pressure in the pelvic area
3️⃣ Belly tightening that comes and goes
4️⃣ Change in vaginal discharge or mucus plug coming out
5️⃣ Loose stools
6️⃣ Water leaking or a sudden gush of fluid
7️⃣ Baby’s movements feel different than usual
8️⃣ Increased pressure or pain as the baby moves down

⚠️ These may be early labour or pre-labour signs.
If the symptoms become stronger, more frequent, or you notice fluid leaking—get checked immediately.
Only a proper medical examination can confirm whether it is true labour or if you can still wait.
Please don’t ignore these signs.
