NECA Surat

NECA (North East Cultural Association, Surat) is a Socio-cultural, non-political forum of the people from Assam including 7 sisters, who are residing in Surat, Gujarat. The association was established in the year 2005 This is a family of people from North Eastern part of India living in Surat, Gujarat and celebrating all the cultural festivals and delicacies of North East India.
