The New Year Reflections Support Group offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for connection and reflection — for those seeking to honor their personal journey and relationship with this time of year.

Hello! We invite you to join us for 'Grief IT Out', a community to meet, connect, and share your experience of grief.

If you have experienced the loss of a close family member, this space is for you! We aim to provide a safe space to help navigate through various emotions of grief, and build a sense of community.

We request you to bring a keepsake of your loved one (photo/poem or writing that resonates with you/your own writing) as you will get a chance to share it with the group.
