At first glance, what immediately sets the residence apart is its curvilinear façade. Far from being a mere stylistic gesture, the sculpted wall envelopes the home with intent. It channels the south-west winds into the interiors, ensuring a naturally breezy environment. At the same time, it subtly conceals the windows and terrace pockets, maintaining the residents privacy while allowing them to remain visually connected to the outdoors. This façade is more than skin; it is a spatial envelope that orchestrates both airflow and light, creating an ever-changing interplay of shadows and volumes.

Crafted for Shairu Gems () in a public-private partnership with the Surat Municipal Corporation (), these minimal garden posters guide visitors through the story of Surat’s first of its kind- Miyawaki Urban Forest.

For us, this became one of the biggest opportunities as a firm, using clarity, calm visuals and well-placed narratives to educate visitors while enhancing the garden’s serene, immersive public experience with both English & Gujarati translations for visitor’s ease. Above you may see a glimpse of the ‘Welcome’ Poster & ‘What is Miyawaki Urban Forest’ Posters. Alongside the design intent, we’ve also showcased actual on-site images of the executed posters, capturing their placement within the garden pathway.
