Origin of the word: High-key is a technical photography term for particularly bright lighting style, which has been in use since the early 1900s. During the 1800s, sound, and public speaking, high-key was used to describe notes with a high pitch in the world of music. These days, the slang high-key is used a bit differently, though it may draw from notions of 'bright' and 'pitch' as in the term’s historical senses. An early instance comes in the 2013 song "3 The Hardway" by rapper Young Roddy, in which the word 'high-key' appears.
Example: That bag is so high-key.

Origin of the word: The term glow-up could possibly be traced back to August 2013 when rapper Chief Keef dropped "Gotta Glow Up One Day" to refer to a positive improvement.
Example: You have indeed glowed up.
So, have you spotted any enlightened glowed up person around you?😇
