*⚠️ Important Alert for Taxpayers! ⚠️*

The Income Tax Department is sending SMS notices regarding claims under *Section 80GGC* for donations to political parties or electoral trusts (AY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).

🔍 *Panic situation, if you are one amongst those, as department have full third party evidences against defaulting political parties and you will get penalty notice of 300 percent soon of the deduction amount on fraudulent grounds!*

Here's what you should know:
1️⃣ *It’s advisable to file an updated ITR before 31st March 2025* to avoid penalties or disputes and withdraw such political party donations claims.
In case of salaried employee, there is no relation of donation expense against your salary.

As very soon, you will get next notices of investigation.
Political party need to spent 90 percent of the donations to political affairs and election commission has full report of their political affairs.

📢 *Action Step:* Double-check your Section 80GGC claims and encourage others to do the same and connect us for better legal resolution to resolve this issue of political party donations.

Department has already done lot of investigation in last 3 years on such political parties and have full proofs of their money laundering activity.

Now Department have full resources to catch the donors who become part of such money laundering activities just to save tax.
