MANGO ICED TEA AT HOME | मांगो आइस टी घर पर | REFRESHING BEVERAGE | SugarBoo


When you are bored with your regular mago shake,Then try this refreshing drink. I hope you loved it.🍹

Preparation Time 15-20 minutes.
Cooking time 10-15 minutes.
Serves 6-8 person

For concentrate:-
Ingredients:-

Water - 1litre
Peppercorns - 5-6
Mint stems - 5-6
fennel seeds - 1- ½ tbsp
Black Salt - Pinch
Black tea - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 7-8tbsp.

Procedure :-
In a saucepan,add water,black peppercorn,Fennel seeds,Tender mint stems,pinch of salt,add tea leaves when water is on simmer and boil it for a minute.Add sugar and get a two quick boil. Strain it with a strainer into another bowl and cool it down to room temperature. Keep it aside for further Use.

For Mango Iced Tea:-
Ingredients:-

Lemon - 1No
Mint leaves - 6-7No
Mango - 06-08 Cubes
Sugar - 1tbsp
Concentrate - ¾ Glass
Ice - As per your Choice
Water- ¼ Glass.

Procedure:-
Take a glass Squeeze Half lemon & put 2 wedges of lemon,Add sugar, mint leaves and mango cubes and muddle with the help of rolling pin ( बेलन ) or a muddler. Then add ice and mango cubes and Concentrate and top up with water.

Garnish :-
Mint Sprig.
Mango Peel.
