To bolster the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector in enchanting Bhutan!
📢 Event organizers can now apply for a Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) waiver under the following conditions:
Minimum Participants: The event must have a minimum of 50 participants, excluding Bhutanese nationals.
Duration: The event should span at least three nights and four days.
Comprehensive Program: Ensure your event incorporates cultural activities, community engagement, or environmentally sustainable initiatives.
Application Process: Submit your application at least 30 days before the event start date, providing detailed itineraries, participant lists, and event objectives.
This initiative aims to promote MICE tourism while encouraging sustainable practices and fostering meaningful partnerships with our vibrant local community.
