E-commerce Sales Associate (remote work)
Compensation: fixed + incentive based.
Job responsibilities:

- Create sale conversions as per monthly targets on all e-commerce and social media channels.
- Analyze local markets to create a profitable network of travel agents.
- Proactively address customer queries on all platforms with an aim to overcome hesitations of clients to close a sale.
- Aggressively set up e-commerce channels and oversee operations to drive sales and more business growth.
- Execute robust marketing program for building a strong digital presence.
- Reaches out to organizations and businesses that might require a hotel for conferences and events.
- Networks with wedding planners and special event planners to encourage hotel bookings.
- Designs and advertises special group rates and packages to increase larger bookings.

Eligibility criteria:
* 6 months - 1 year experience working in hospitality e-commerce.
* Must be extremely fluent in English and Hindi
* Exhibits excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Is willing and able to travel to establish and maintain client networks.
* Demonstrates ability to think creatively and analytically.
* Is capable of creating and maintaining a large client network.
* Communicates clearly and effectively.
* Is familiar with the workings of the hotel and hospitality industry.
* Demonstrates strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Works well with a variety of different individuals.
