Grand Opening of Namdong Branch
On 16th May 2026 the 90th branch of Meghalaya Rural Bank was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Mr S Dhar, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister in the presence of Chairman, General Manager and Regional Manager-1. During the Chief Guest’s speech, he appreciated the Bank who upheld the Government’s directive and delivered the branch in record time. He particularly praised the Bank’s ambience and commented that he felt it no lesser than any other commercial Bank. Further, during the program, 5 Digital accounts were opened, and the passbook was handed over by the Chief Guest.
