We are looking for dynamic candidates with pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.

Job roles involves the following:

1. Responsible for managing the front office including visitors and incoming calls. The position provides learning opportunities for the job incumbent for deserving candidates to progress to appropriate higher positions within the organization
2. Meet & greet visitors and extend hospitality towards them

3.Receive incoming calls with proper etiquette. Answer their queries and/or transfer the calls to concerned person.
4. Maintain records and ensure system entries as per the processes laid by the organization
5.Prepare reports and send daily updates to reporting Manager
6 Carry out coordination and record keeping work, as and when required by the reporting Manager
