Named after the memory of the late beloved Saroj Khan, it is our heartiest pleasure to announce the commencement of 'Saroj'-The Online Dance Competition which will form a part of the General Championship of IIT Ropar. This is a great opportunity for everyone to showcase their dance skills and make some great use of their time at home!

All you need to do is mail a short video of your dance(any form) at [email protected], and we'll be posting it on our official page. Judging criteria will be partly based on the extent of online reach and partly on the score of our judges.

Saroj Khan, one of the most renowned and extremely talented choreographers of India, passed away today. It is a huge loss for the dance community. Her iconic dance steps and expressions were something to be marvelled at. Her contribution to the world of cinema will be remembered forever.
