Report on Awareness Talk: Environmental Cost of Daily Life – Carbon Footprint

An awareness talk on the topic “Environmental Cost of Daily Life: Carbon Footprint” was organised at our school in collaboration with the Rotary Club. The programme aimed to create awareness among students about the impact of daily human activities on the environment and the importance of sustainable living.

The event was graced by Ms. Vandana Sharma, President Partner, Rotary Club, and Mrs. Parminder Saini, Rotary Partner. We were honoured to have Dr. Mamta Arora as the guest speaker, who shared valuable insights on carbon footprint, its causes, and practical ways to reduce it in daily life.

The session was informative and interactive, encouraging students to adopt eco-friendly habits and become responsible citizens. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving everyone motivated to contribute towards a greener and healthier planet, while presenting the guests saplings by the school principal .
