And I, so small beneath their grace
Learn how stillness can hold a place -
For even giants, strong and wide,
Need quiet hours to simply hide.

The night once held my battles, my silence, my shadows. Now it teaches me to rise — reminding me that even if it sometimes aches, I am now no longer alone.

Creative department: gloriously noncompliant since forever. 😋
From teaching personification, metaphors and similes to actually using them in a post - I’ve had such a ball!!
But this post would be incomplete if I don’t acknowledge my muse - a person who not only encourages me to explore my wild side but also embrace it in all its chaos! Thank you, B! 😊

Caution: I may disappear into old libraries and only re-emerge for coffee, thunderstorms, and haunting love stories.
I’m more fluent in the silence of pages, and believe in collecting forgotten words like pressed flowers. My soul seems to have a soft spot for the tragic, the timeless, and the terribly romantic.
I’m a certified bookoholic and if left completely unsupervised, I’m highly susceptible to expecting poetic closure from real-life arguments. 😋
Seeing the world through literature-tinted glasses gets me into trouble .. coz reality doesn’t come with metaphors, mood lighting, or a satisfying enough plot twist. 😜😜

Some times, the song knows more than I do.
But I trust the feeling — even when the silence is loud.

Where the Mountains Breathe
The mountains spoke in quiet grace,
no rush, no race, no need to chase.
Their silent strength, so calm, so wide,
unfolded peace I’d locked inside.
The breeze arrived without a sound,
it danced through thoughts that spun around.
It whispered truths I’d failed to see,
and healed a quiet part of me.
Bathed in light, both warm and deep,
where sepia skies let stillness seep —
The breeze, the hills, they set me free..
and I emerged - a softer me!

Where silence speaks and the wind remembers…
This wasn’t just a place — it was a pause,
a quiet unraveling of everything I didn’t know I needed.
The mountains held space.
The breeze brought clarity.
And somewhere between the sepia skies and my own stillness,
I met a softer version of me.
