We offer two year full-time PGDM, 18 months part-time PGEXP and research based FPM programme. It is the first IIM in the country to initiate PGDHRM programme dedicated to the HR field. The course outline for all the programmes has been meticulously designed, and is being delivered by world-class faculty. We have set up a Centre for Policy Research and e-Governance to offer a number of training programmes for bureaucrats and government officials on public policy and e-governance. Center for Neuro Management in collaboration with CIP (Central Institute of Psychiatry) and Rinpas (Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry and Allied Sciences), has been set up to engage in high quality research in the field of Neuro Management combining neurology, neuro psychology and business management. IIM-R has also tied up with IBM to set up a state-of-the-art Business Analytics Lab to pursue collaborative research with industry in the field of analytics.
