*National Education Day* is celebrated on November 11 every year to mark the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. *Maulana Abul Kalam Azad* served as the *First Minister of Education* of independent India.
He is commonly remembered as Maulana Azad; the word Maulana is an honorific meaning 'Our Master' and he had adopted Azad (Free) as his pen name. His contribution to *establishing the education foundation* in India is recognised by celebrating his birthday as National Education Day across India.

Let’s continue to make contributions to the lives of children. Let’s continue to *keep educating* them. Warm wishes to everyone on National Education Day.
