*Rajouri Police Solves Multiple ATM Theft Cases, Accused Arrested*

Police Station Kandi achieved success today by apprehending accused involved in multiple ATM theft cases registered at Police Station Kandi. The arrested accused has been identified as:

1. *Sakinder Shah S/O Manwar Shah R/O Draj Tehsil Koteranka Rajouri*

In this regard a Case FIR No. 45/2026 under sections 318(3) 323 303(2) BNS has been registered at Police Station Kandi. Acting promptly on reliable inputs a police team from Police Station Kandi apprehended the accused. Further investigation into the matter is underway to ascertain involvement in other related theft cases and to recover stolen property.

*Rajouri Police Arrests Two Drug Peddlers including one Lady with G***a(cannabis)Like Narcotic Substance at Rajouri*

During routine naka checking Rajouri Police apprehended two drug peddler and recovered a G***a-like narcotic substance from their possession at Badhoon Rajouri.Police Party from PS Rajouri was conducting patrolling at Badhoon Khandli Area. Two persons coming from link Road Badhoon towards Khandali tried to escape on seeing the police party. The alert naka party chased and apprehended them.

During questioning the accused disclosed their identity as:

1. *Mohd Tayub S/O Mohd Hanief R/O Badhoon Rajouri.*
2. *Soniya Bai Sahu@Seema W/O Umesh Kumar Sahu R/O Chattisgarh A/P Badhoon Rajouri*

During their personal search 905 grams of G***a like narcotic substance and Cash ₹ 40000 was recovered from their possession.

In this regard a Case FIR No. 228/2026 under relevant Sections of the NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Rajouri. Rajouri Police is committed to eradicating the drug menace from the district and appeals to the general public to share information regarding drug peddling in their areas.
