Sharing my genuine experience with Margbook so that other business owners stay aware.

I made payment for their software service, but after purchase there was no proper support or response. Full data migration and other important points were never clearly discussed by the salesperson at the time of purchase. After payment, I had to continuously follow up for support.

Despite sharing all details, screenshots, and chats multiple times, I kept receiving delayed replies — sometimes after many days. More than one month of my time has been wasted due to lack of proper response and resolution. Because of this, I have already shifted to another software.

Even now, instead of resolving the issue or processing refund, I am repeatedly being asked for the same details again and again.

I am posting this publicly only to seek a proper resolution and full refund at the earliest. All payment proofs, emails, and chat records are available.

If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be forced to proceed with consumer and cyber complaint through official channels.
