These perfectly sliced koftas are served in a luscious tomato-cashew gravy 🍅🥜, slow-cooked to achieve a velvety texture with a hint of butter and cream. The vibrant green koftas against the silky red gravy create a stunning visual and an unforgettable taste.

We had the honour of providing catering services for 300 guests at the prestigious National Chemical Laboratory (NCL). It was truly a privilege for Log House Restaurant & Caterers to serve such a respected government research institution.

The National Chemical Laboratory is one of India’s leading scientific research centers, known for its contributions to chemical science, innovation, and industrial research under CSIR. Being part of an event hosted at such a renowned institution was a proud moment for our entire team.
