In case you are selected in our company, how long are you planning to continue with us?

Most Common answers given by candidates (And get Rejected)

1. Atleast for 6 months
2. If I like the work I will continue for long
3. If the work environment is good I will continue
4. Haven't decided yet
5. I am planning for higher studies so will continue for 1-2 year
6. How can I say this now

Why are the above answers wrong ?

All the answers given above by candidate shows "Lack of Stability" which means that Candidate is not going to work in the company for a long tenure and its quite obvious why would any company hire you when you already have your "Exit Plans" even before starting the job.

Suggestion :

Even if you have plans for higher studies or have no plans to continue for long, don't ever express that to the recruiter.

What can you answer for this ? (Just Few Examples)

1. I will continue as long as possible
2. As long as the company wants me to continue
3. I would work for your company as long as both of us are growing.
4. As long as I feel that I am doing justice to myself and the company.
