Shades of the sea is a youth led volunteering programme. It is a travel diary, supporting the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community in gaining acceptance in society. They are looking for people in Pune who can help them with film editing and writing. Please refer the poster for details.

Vodafone has set up eco-ponds at all of their stores around Pune city for the immersion of Ganpati idols till 5th September. The eco-ponds contain a liquid solution which helps disintegrate the Plaster of Paris idols to create water which can be used to fertilise plants. Please try to use these ponds as far as possible. Find the locations of these eco-ponds below.

Save the date for saving the river!
Last year SWaCH volunteers helped divert over 120 tonnes of Nirmalya to be composted and recycled, away from Pune rivers. This year we hope you will volunteer and help do better. *16 ghats all across the city will have SWaCH waste pickers and volunteers on the 31st of august and the 5th of September.
