Meet Rajarshi Purkayastha sir, Vice President at Tata Communications and a distinguished alumnus of SIDTM batch 2000-02. A seasoned expert with over 20 years in the telecom industry, Sir is currently leading Pre-sales and Strategy for the Americas region, delivering customer-centric solutions and driving innovation.

Sir has an impressive collection of patents to his name where 2 are in drone navigation, 1 in Internet and 1 more pending in robot process automation. He spearheaded the "Work from Home" stack of solutions, addressing COVID-19’s impact on digital workspaces, and led transformative initiatives in retail, manufacturing, and customer engagement sectors alongside telecom in Southern Africa.

Throughout his career, he has excelled in roles like Head of Pre-sales for India, Mecca, and Africa, demonstrating strategic vision and customer focus. His leadership continues to inspire industry transformation and innovation, redefining the digital landscape.
