Our soul is that basic essence within us which gives us life, which transcends time and space. The soul is immortal. We believe that every being whether living or non-living has a soul, and that one cannot actually progress unless one’s soul evolves. Incorporating healing methods like counselling, Expressive Arts Therapy, Dance Movement Therapy, Meditation, Reiki, Chakra Healing and spiritual counselling we aim at aiding the inner growth and pursuit of all individuals.
Rooted in the essence of Brahmavihara, the practice of compassion, kindness and mindful presence, Karuna Meditation becomes more than meditation. It becomes a way of relating to yourself and the world with softness.
